Your recovery. Your mobility. Your healing.
Pain is not always felt where it actually begins.
Because the body functions as an interconnected system, tension and restriction in one area can create discomfort somewhere completely different. When this happens, treatment focused only on the painful area may provide temporary relief but not lasting improvement.
Many of the clients I work with come to me after experiencing persistent pain that has not responded to other approaches.
• Your pain keeps returning even after treatment
• The painful area feels tight but releasing it provides only short-term relief
• You notice tension spreading to other areas of your body
• Pain appears during certain movements but disappears at rest
• You have been told everything “looks normal,” yet the discomfort continues
• The area where you feel pain doesn’t seem to be the real source
These patterns often occur because the body is compensating for tension or restriction somewhere else.
Through the Pain Relief Mapping™ assessment process, I evaluate how muscular tension and fascial restriction move throughout the body to help identify the underlying contributors to discomfort.
Once these patterns are identified, treatment can focus on restoring mobility and reducing the tension patterns that may be driving the pain.
